Policy overview
1. Free trial and general policy
Only a verified sign-in identity registering for the first time and meeting the Terms of Service eligibility rules may receive one 14-day free trial. Deleting and registering again does not grant another trial; unused trial time is not retained, restored or transferred. Once a paid subscription begins, fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable. Digital message add-ons are delivered immediately and are also generally non-refundable once delivered or used.
2. Exceptions
We will review cases involving a duplicate charge, an unauthorized transaction, a payment-processing error, or a service that remains materially unavailable for a reasonable period and cannot be restored. A refund will also be provided where required by applicable law or Paddle's binding rules. These cases are assessed individually, and this policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
3. Paddle and refund requests
Paid checkout currently uses Paddle as the payment provider and merchant of record. To report an eligible issue, keep the order number and Paddle receipt and contact support@woowmind.com, or use the support route shown in the Paddle receipt or customer portal. Any approved refund is processed under the applicable Paddle procedure and may be subject to Paddle's review.
4. Subscription cancellation
Cancellation of an active subscription is different from a refund. Cancellation stops the next renewal through the account or Paddle flow; it does not normally refund the current paid period. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless a refund, chargeback, legal requirement, or account restriction requires earlier termination.
5. Failed payments and access
A failed or declined payment does not create a paid entitlement. If a payment is reversed or refunded, the related subscription or digital credits may be withdrawn or adjusted. Contact support if the account status does not match the Paddle transaction record.
