The service uses HTTPS/TLS, access controls, tenant/workspace isolation, restricted operational access, logging, and encryption where configured. Exact TLS versions and algorithms follow the current production configuration.
Hong Kong deployment transparency
The current application configuration is Alibaba Cloud Hong Kong. Selected providers may process limited data outside Hong Kong; provider-specific processing is disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
Tenant and workspace isolation
Documents, conversations, citations, and Widget data are scoped to the relevant tenant and workspace boundaries.
Security and audit records
Security, usage, operational, and administrative events are logged within covered product flows to support troubleshooting and traceability.
Paddle payment boundary
Paid checkout currently uses Paddle only. Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored in the product database.

These answers reflect the current knowledge-base implementation and its billing flow.
The marketing site sends you to the existing knowledge-base workspace. Registration, Google sign-in, document work, Paddle checkout, and subscription management happen there.
No. A first-time eligible verified sign-in identity may receive one 14-day personal trial. Deleting and registering again does not restore or restart the trial. After a trial or paid period ends, uploads, Q&A, search, and public Widgets pause. You can still sign in, manage, export or delete existing data, close your account, and purchase a plan. Data and settings remain until deletion; renewing restores the applicable features.
The system attempts to identify and replace some sensitive data before external requests for query rewriting, embedding, reranking, and answers. Automatic detection may miss data and does not guarantee complete anonymisation. Local mapping is used only for permitted answer and source presentation; previews mask high-risk data by default and require re-authentication to reveal it. Processing locations and providers are described in the Privacy Policy and Service Provider List.
Yes. You can delete documents or close the account in the workspace. Active knowledge-base content is handled under the product retention process; limited payment, security, audit, or legal records may be retained where required.
Paid plans currently use Paddle only. One 14-day free trial is available to first-time eligible users under the Terms of Service. Fees for a paid billing period are generally non-refundable, while mandatory rights and eligible payment or service exceptions are handled under the Refund Policy.
